Erica Barhorst-Cates

Erica Barhorst-Cates, PhD, is a Human Factors Engineer IV at Monterey Technologies, Inc., with prior experience as a Human Factors Engineer III. Previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Cognitive Neuroscientist at Moss Rehab. At the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science, held roles as a Graduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities included advising over 15 Honors students on their independent projects. Erica Barhorst-Cates earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Cognitive Science from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
