Kristianna Radley

Kristianna Radley is a Junior Human Factors Engineer at Monterey Technologies, Inc. since September 2021, specializing in military mission planning systems through research and collaboration with UX/UI designers. Radley also serves as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science, engaging in projects related to childhood neighborhoods and adult mortality, as well as validating measures of automation-induced complacency. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Factors Engineer at Moog Medical Devices, an intern at Granite Education Foundation focusing on aid distribution systems, and various positions emphasizing efficiency and training in production environments. Kristianna Radley is pursuing a Master of User Experience at Arizona State University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science from Utah Valley University.
