Amy Lovell serves as the Region 8 Director for NENA: The 9-1-1 Association since October 2023. Concurrently, Amy has held the position of Public Safety Dispatcher at Monterrey Security since October 2021, where responsibilities include monitoring safety systems and managing communications. Prior experience includes over two decades as a Police Communications Operator with the City of Chicago, as well as a background in education, teaching at Chicago Catholic Schools from 1996 to 1999. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in History Education and Sociology from Illinois State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
