Pontus Grönberg

Pontus Grönberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Monterro since August 2024. Previously, Pontus held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Tink from September 2021 to August 2024, and worked as an Associate in Private Equity at White & Case LLP from October 2017 to September 2021, where recognized as the #2 Legal M&A Associate in Europe and #3 globally based on deal volume. Prior to these roles, Pontus was the CEO of Mariepark Ab, overseeing multiple restaurants and venues, and also directed the Rockoff Festival. Additional experience includes a trainee role at MAQS Advokatbyrå and positions in marine claims at AIG, along with a history in festival management and instruction with Svenska Livräddningssällskapet. Pontus holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University and completed secondary education at Mont'Kiara International School.
