Antonio Verde has extensive work experience in financial and accounting roles. Antonio started their career at ASARCO in 2003, where they worked as the Director of Metals Accounting and Sales. In this role, they were responsible for revenue recognition, financial reporting, and inventory valuation. Antonio also served as the Metals Accounting Manager, overseeing the integration of Minera Mexico and ASARCO. Antonio then joined Intrepid Potash as a Controller in 2019, where they managed financial reporting and analysis for the Carlsbad site. Antonio later moved to ASARCO as the Financial Controller, leading accounting and financial management for multiple mines and plants. Currently, they are working as the CFO at Montgomery & Associates. Overall, Antonio's experience showcases their expertise in financial management, reporting, and integration.
Antonio Verde holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Universidad del Valle de México, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Antonio also has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, which they completed from 1983 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, Antonio has obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables and Microsoft Excel - Power Query from GoSkills.com in December 2022 and May 2022, respectively. Antonio further pursued their education by obtaining an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
