Jodi Neal

Jodi Neal serves as the Executive Director for Brand and Creative at Montgomery College, a role held since August 2025, focusing on developing a cohesive and impactful brand that highlights student achievements and the significance of community college education. Alongside this position, Jodi is the co-owner of jdesigns and Distilled Communications, where expertise includes brand development, strategic marketing, and creative direction. Previous experience includes a lengthy tenure at the Community College of Baltimore County, where Jodi held the position of Director of Creative Services, managing visual identity and communications strategies, and also served as interim senior director of College Communications, overseeing a large team to enhance enrollment and reputation. Jodi began a career in design as a Graphic Designer at LifeBridge Health and holds an MBA from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from Towson University.
