Britni McKinniss

Britni McKinniss currently serves as a Human Resources Coordinator and previously held the position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Montgomery County Educational Service Center since April 2017. Prior to this, Britni was self-employed as a homemaker from April 2010 to April 2017 and worked as an LPN Supervisor at Widows Home of Dayton from September 2008 to April 2010. In terms of education, Britni is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Western Governors University, expected to complete in December 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilberforce University. Additionally, Britni earned an Associate’s Degree in Registered Nursing from Fortis College-Centerville and completed coursework at Sinclair Community College between 2010 and 2012.
