Kelly Geers

Kelly Geers has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Community & Client Relations at Montgomery County Educational Service Center since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Montgomery County, Ohio from 2019 to 2022. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Director of Workforce at Learn to Earn Dayton. Kelly also served as the District Director for the Office of Congressman Mike Turner from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director of Government Programs at Dayton Development Coalition from 2006 to 2013. Kelly's earlier experience includes being a Project Assistant at Fitz Center for Leadership in Community from 2004 to 2006.

Kelly Geers obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Kelly then continued their education at the same university and earned a Master of Public Administration degree, specializing in Public Administration, from 2004 to 2006.
