Michelle Monzo has extensive experience in emergency services and support, currently serving as an Education Specialist at Montgomery County Emergency Service since 1990. In addition, Michelle has contributed as a Board Member for the Delaware Valley Regional Negotiators since January 2010 and has been involved as a Peer Support/Volunteer with Critical Incident Stress Management since October 1995. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from West Virginia University, obtained in 1990.
