Elizabeth W. Greaney

Elizabeth W. Greaney currently serves as the acting chief business/financial strategy officer for Montgomery College. In her previous position at the College, Mrs. Greaney served as the Treasurer and Director of Accounts Receivable. She has over eleven years in education, including k-12 and higher education. She began her career in public accounting; auditing for profit and non-profit institutions including educational institutions.

Mrs. Greaney served as an educational specialist devising curriculum; and, teaching finance and accounting to public and private accountants across many industries. She passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam, is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. She graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics. She also holds an M.B.A from George Washington University.
