Lewis Morgante

Lewis Morgante, PE, currently serves as a Senior Engineer for Building Performance at Montgomery County Government, focusing on implementing the County's Building Energy Performance Standards law and overseeing energy use regulations for large buildings. Previously, Morgante held roles at Page Southerland Page, Inc. as a Building Sciences Engineer, at HDR as a Senior Sustainability Analyst, and at EYP as a Building Performance Analyst, where expertise in building energy modeling, life cycle cost analyses, and decarbonization principles was developed. Early career experience includes positions at HDR as a Mechanical Engineer in Training and internships at Applied Technical Services, Rummel Klepper & Kahl LLP, and the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Morgante holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
