Luisa Fernanda Cardona Vence is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and legal advocacy. Currently serving as Regional Service Director for the Montgomery County Government since August 2021, Cardona Vence focuses on addressing the needs of a diverse population of over 770,000 constituents. Previously, Cardona Vence held the role of Deputy Director in the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs for the City of Atlanta, enhancing access to government services for immigrant communities. Additional experience includes strategic outreach as Latinx Engagement Director for the Warnock for U.S. Senate campaign, overseeing voter protection efforts for the Democratic Party of Georgia, and providing legal support in various organizations such as CASA de Maryland. Cardona Vence holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgia State University.
