Masihullah Mohib

Masihullah Mohib is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Specialist and Digital Equity and FiberNet Engineer at Montgomery County Government since January 2023. Prior to this role, Masihullah worked as a Network Engineer at Invario Network Engineers and contributed as an IT Project Manager at the Afghan Civil Aviation Authority. Masihullah also provided IT support as a consultant for the U.S Embassy Kabul and served as an IT Consultant for Exp. Federal, where advisement focused on network and cybersecurity issues. Early career experience includes supervising a team of technicians at Etisalat Afghanistan. Masihullah holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and IT from City St George's, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business IT from Kardan University.
