Robert Hill has extensive experience in legal and political roles, serving as Chief of the Special Prosecutions Division, Grand Jury Unit, and Legislative Affairs at the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office since December 1989. Prior to this position, Robert held leadership roles at the Democratic National Committee from May 1984 to November 1988, including Director of the Democratic Small Business Council and The Potomac Group, as well as serving as Special Assistant to the Chairman. Additionally, Robert was part of the campaign staff for the John Glenn Presidential Committee between June 1983 and March 1984. Academic qualifications include an LLM in International Law and Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law, a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a BA in History and Political Science from Colorado College, complemented by studies at TASIS-Switzerland.
