Tyneisha Smith

TyNeisha Smith, MPA, currently serves as the Customer Support and Outreach Manager III at Montgomery County Government since June 2023. Prior to this role, TyNeisha held the position of Director of Customer Service at Jai Medical Systems Managed Care Organization, Inc. from March 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-channel member services contact center and managing the Customer Service Representatives and Management Team. Additionally, TyNeisha served as a Customer Service Manager, ensuring compliance with Maryland Medicaid and COMAR policy guidelines and analyzing service performance statistics. TyNeisha obtained a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Virginia State University.
