Carl Morgan

Carl Morgan is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within government and consulting. Currently serving as the Special Projects & Policy Manager at the Montgomery County Planning Department since March 2022, Carl previously managed the Capital Improvements Program for the Montgomery County Parks Department, overseeing a portfolio of $382 million over ten years. Prior roles include Planning Consultant at The Collaborative Firm, LLC, and Assistant Planning Director for the City of Auburn, AL, where Carl focused on managing planning operations and historic preservation initiatives.
