Robbin Brittingham

Robbin Brittingham serves as the Human Resources Manager for Montgomery County Planning Department since December 2010, overseeing services for approximately 145 employees and managing various HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Additionally, Robbin has held positions within the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, first as a Principal Human Resources Specialist since June 2001 and subsequently as Human Resources Manager for the Parks and Recreation Division since December 2001. Robbin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University and a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University.
