Aurora Mitaj

Aurora Mitaj is an experienced educator and language professional with a diverse background in teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as an MCPS High School English Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since September 2024, Aurora previously worked as a Language Instructor for Diplomatic Language Services and held various positions at ONE Albania, including Human Resources Training Manager and Head of CEO Operating and Administration Office. Prior experience includes leadership and administrative roles at Telekom Albania, NATO, and other institutions, alongside teaching English at multiple high schools. Aurora holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Tirana, earned from 1997 to 2001.
