Dr. Yolanda Allen

Dr. Yolanda Allen has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Executive Director and Deputy Superintendent at Montgomery County Public Schools since July 2002, having held various leadership positions including Principal, Assistant Principal, and Secondary Mathematics Content Specialist. Prior to this, Dr. Allen worked as a Special Education Mathematics and Science Teacher at Bay District Schools from August 1998 to June 2002. Dr. Allen holds a Doctorate in Organizational Development, Education and Business from Hood College, along with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Virginia Tech.
