Jonathan Hamilton

Jonathan Hamilton is a dedicated music educator currently serving as a General & Choral Music Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since August 2023 and a Lead Tenor with Thomas Circle Singers since August 2022. Previously, Jonathan held similar teaching roles at Fairfax County Public Schools, where over nine years of experience involved instructing young children and designing engaging music curricula. Jonathan also served as Site Director at Levine Music, overseeing a comprehensive arts education program, and was part of the music faculty at Metropolitan School of the Arts, where collaboration and community building were key focuses. In addition, Jonathan has a background in music ministry as the Director of Music Ministry at Erie First Assembly and leadership experience as Men's Director at Pine Springs Summer Camp. Jonathan holds a Master of Education in Music from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Allegheny College.
