Scott Spencer

Scott Spencer is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Lieutenant at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office in Conroe, Texas, since March 2008. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Sergeant Police Officer at the Conroe Police Department from February 2000 to March 2008.
