Kaia Erickson-Staatz is an experienced interior designer and lighting specialist with a diverse background in the design and furniture sales industry. Currently at Montgomery's since September 2019, Kaia previously served as a showroom designer at Pahl's Designer Showrooms and as an interior designer and furniture sales representative at Brown & Saenger and HOM Furniture. Kaia's career in design began as an interior design assistant at Montgomery's from 2006 to 2010. Kaia holds an Associate of Science degree in Interior Design from Dakota County Technical College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
