Philip Thyssen

Philip Thyssen is a seasoned product manager currently serving at Monthio since November 2023. Previously, Philip enjoyed a self-chosen career break from April to November 2023, focusing on personal development and personal projects. Prior to this, Philip worked as Product Manager for Payments at Aiia from August 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading product strategy for Open Banking payment products. Philip's experience also includes a role as Product Manager in Danske Bank Innovation, where significant contributions included enabling payment functionalities from accounts in other banks via the banking app. Earlier positions as Product Owner at HRS Group and Big Data Developer at Smaato involved driving product features and building analytics solutions, respectively. Philip holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Denmark and additionally studied at The American University in Cairo.
