Randy Westendorf

Randy Westendorf is an experienced Senior Sales Engineer at Monti, Inc. since August 2016, with expanded responsibilities focused on increasing utilization across all facilities. Prior to this role, Randy worked as a Sales Engineer, managing numerous accounts in manufacturing and overseeing consignment warehousing. Previously, as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Metalworking Group from December 2006 to July 2016, Randy led a team of engineers, developed production routings, created CNC programs, and implemented Lean Manufacturing practices. Randy’s career began at Showcase Cinemas, where responsibilities ranged from theater operations management to training staff and contract vendor communication. Educational qualifications include a BS in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1994 and 2000, along with a high school diploma from Elder High School.
