Ronnie Ball

Ronnie Ball started their work experience in 2007 as a Police Officer at the University of Cincinnati. In 2008, they worked as a Quality Engineer CoOp at OPW, a Dover Company. In 2010, they worked as a Quality Assurance at Micron Machining. In 2013, they worked as a Quality Specialist at Takumi Stamping and also started their role as a Quality Manager at Monti, Inc. In 2015, they briefly served as an Interim Corporate Quality Manager at Monti, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Quality at Monti, Inc., taking responsibility for engaging in manufacturing processes from a Quality, Safety, and Training perspective to ensure the delivery of a quality product to customers.

Ronnie Ball's education history includes a range of academic pursuits and certifications. Ronnie attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a general focus. In 2017 and 2016, they pursued Six Sigma certifications, completing a Six Sigma Black belt program at Xavier University and a Six Sigma Green belt program at the same institution.

In addition to their university education, Ronnie Ball also studied Manufacturing Engineering at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2008 to 2013. During this period, it is unclear whether they obtained a specific degree. Ronnie also completed training at the Great Oaks Police Academy in 2004, specializing in Law Enforcement through the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy.

Furthermore, Ronnie Ball obtained additional certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Inclusive Leadership. Both certifications were acquired in January 2022 from LinkedIn.

Finally, in 2018, Ronnie Ball earned a Project Management Professional certification (PMCP-15) from Xavier University.
