Arrash Jaffarzadeh has a diverse work experience in the field of education and instructional technologies. Arrash has been working as the Director of Innovation and Technology at Monticello Academy since June 2004, where they created a unique computer technology program for elementary and middle school students. At California State University, East Bay, they have been an Adjunct Professor since December 2013, teaching education students about the latest technologies and their use in the classroom. Additionally, they have served as a Teacher Community Advisor at Super Math World, providing feedback and support to the development team. Arrash has also worked as a taekwondo instructor and lead several committees at California State University, East Bay. In the past, they have worked as a Field Representative for the California State Assembly, where they closely collaborated with constituents, government offices, and officials.

Arrash Jaffarzadeh completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Multimedia at California State University - East Bay from 1998 to 2004. Arrash pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Technology Leadership from 2009 to 2013. Continuing their academic journey, they attended Pepperdine University from 2016 to 2022, where they obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Learning Technologies.
