Ionel Porumb serves as the General Manager and COO at Monticello Motor Club since September 2021. Additionally, Ionel has experience as Assistant Manager at Woodway Country Club and in hospitality for The Trump Organization. Ionel's early career includes a role in the food and beverage sector with Louis Cruise Lines. Education includes a General Manager degree in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University, completion of the Introductory Course from The Court of Master Sommelier at The Culinary Institute of America, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Monroe University, and a high school diploma in Engineering Technology from Alexandru Borza, Cluj Napoca, Romania.
