Erica Fu

Supervisor at Montieth & Company

Erica is the Business and Operations Supervisor at Montieth & Company. She oversees the day-to-day operations in collaboration with the global management team, as well as in the areas of marketing, HR, finance, and new business.

Prior to joining Montieth & Company, Erica was the Project Manager for three inaugural paid student internship programs at the City University of New York (CUNY), the largest urban public university in the nation. The number of students who participated in the programs ranged from 50 to 4,100. Erica was responsible for overseeing the recruiting and payroll process, evaluations and reports, and career readiness workshops. Erica also has experience working in advocacy organizations focusing on increasing BIPOC civic engagement and participation, including Rank the Vote NYC, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and the National Women’s Law Center.

Erica graduated from the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Chinese Language & Literature. She is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Baruch College. Erica was born in Queens, New York, and has lived and studied in Washington D.C., Taiwan, and China.
