Joyce Lee

Joyce Lee is the APAC Director at Montieth & Company. Joyce has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, and has held various positions at Edelman, WE Communications, and LC Capital Limited.

Joyce Lee began their career at Edelman in 2008, where they worked for four years before being promoted to Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of account executives and developing integrated communications plans for clients in the technology, consumer, and healthcare industries.

In 2012, Joyce Lee left Edelman to join WE Communications, where they spent six years working their way up to Manager. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of client accounts in the food & beverage, retail, and hospitality sectors.

In 2018, Joyce Lee joined LC Capital Limited as Head of Marketing & Communications. In this role, they were responsible for corporate and integrated communications, investor relations, B2B and digital marketing, consumer activation, crisis management, and social media and PR strategy of LC Capital Group (Private equity firm) and its subsidiaries - 1. Infinity Capital Group (Property development & hospitality), 2. Infinity Entertainment Group (Food & beverage) & 3. Infinity Media Group (Media publishing).

Joyce led the communications strategies and marketing initiatives of all investment projects in APAC, including Ultima United (ASX:UUL), ECHELON magazine, C45, TELLUS lounge, Sushi Yonjugo, Ministry of Mussels, TELLUS Niseko, Domus Niseko, TELLUS on Parker,

Joyce Lee attended Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration where they received their Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management. Joyce also holds a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania in Virtual Marketing. Joyce also has a certification from LinkedIn in Presentation Tips for Pitching to Investors and Growth Hacking Foundations.

Joyce Lee reports to Montieth M. Illingworth, CEO & Global Managing Partner. They work with Danielle Nemeth - Account Manager, Katarina Matic - Global Director, and Rebecca Bender - Account Manager.
