Natasha Owen

Natasha Owen is a dedicated professional in the fashion and fitness industries with a diverse skill set. With a BA in Fashion/Apparel Design from Nottingham Trent University, Natasha has gained experience as a Junior Designer and Assistant Designer at Montirex LTD and completed an internship with Gymshark as an Apparel Design Student. Natasha's creativity and technical skills are complemented by a background in personal training and garment alterations, having served as a Personal Trainer and Coach at Resolve Fitness and a Garment Alterations and Tailoring Specialist at Stitchworks. Additionally, Natasha founded No Limits Run Club, an inclusive running community focused on fitness and well-being, further emphasizing leadership and community engagement.
