Karel Nappus

Karel Nappus co-founded Montonio Finance in 2018 and served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, in 2018, they were a UX Designer & Product Manager at Levercode. From 2017 to 2018, they co-founded Poestkoju Grocery Delivery where they were responsible for UX/UI design, marketing, direct sales, and courier management. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Chief of Operations at Levon, focusing on the development of the levonapp.com platform. In 2016, they participated in the European Innovation Academy in Turin, Italy, where their team created real-time voice-controlled minigames aimed at teaching people how to control their voice and sing better.

Karel Nappus obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Tartu from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a focus on Economics at Läänemaa Ühisgümnaasium from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, in 2015, they received a completion certificate from the Baltic American Freedom Foundation Summer Leadership Academy, where they studied Entrepreneurship and Leadership. Karel also achieved notable recognition in their education, obtaining the 2nd place in the Junior Achievement National competition offered by Junior Achievement Estonia in May 2015.
