Maria Häling

Maria Häling has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a part-time sales associate at Nordic Digital AS. Maria then moved on to become a sales consultant, where they provided consulting on various electronic gadgets and achieved convincing sales results. In 2017, they interned as a social media marketing intern at the same company. In 2019, Maria worked as an A/R accountant at Finnair before joining Nordic Digital AS again as an online sales specialist in 2020. Maria then interned as a product management and strategy intern at Bolt in 2021. Later in the same year, they joined Montonio Finance as a product manager. In 2021, Maria also worked as a BPM seminar teacher at the University of Tartu. Most recently, they became a process modelling teacher at the same university in 2022.

Maria Häling completed their Master's degree in Innovation and Technology Management at the University of Tartu from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from 2016 to 2019. In 2018, Maria also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Maria completed their secondary education in the Science class at Hugo Treffner Gymnasium from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Maria obtained certifications as an Apromore Process Mining Analyst from Apromore in February 2021. Maria also obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge English Language Assessment in October 2015.
