Rudolfs Oto Selga

Rudolfs Oto Selga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2013, they participated in Nordplus. Rudolfs Oto then worked as a Web Developer at Riga State Gymnasium No. 2 from 2014 to 2015. In the same year, they became a Member at Tellus until 2016. In 2020, Selga co-founded Teaffo. Additionally, they held the position of Country Manager - Latvia at Montonio from 2020 to 2023 and currently works as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Montonio from February 2023 onwards.

Rudolfs Oto Selga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies - Sinology from Latvijas Universitate, which they pursued from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Renmin University of China in 2018 and 2019, focusing on International Relations. In 2017 and 2018, Rudolfs completed a preparatory education program at Peking University. Additionally, in 2016 and 2017, they completed a preparatory education program at Beijing Language and Culture University. In 2015, Rudolfs attended the Baltic American Freedom Foundation Leadership Academy. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Revenue Operations from HubSpot Academy in December 2022.
