Pierre Ouellette (50) has been a member of the Canadiens equipment staff since the 1991-92 season. Before joining the Canadiens, he worked from 1988 to 1990 in the QMJHL, serving two seasons as assistant equipment manager with the Collège Français de Longueuil and one season as equipment manager of the St-Jean Lynx. Ouellette made his debut at the collégiale AAA level in 1987-88 with the Collège Français de Longueuil, winning the President's Trophy and taking part in the Canadian Championship finals the same year. Pierre Ouellette was born in St-Léonard, Quebec, on September 16, 1968.
