Siloe Yassa Roy is an experienced professional in international relations and migration policy, currently serving as Project Director for International Organizations at Montréal International since April 2022. Prior to this role, Siloe worked as a Conseillère en relations internationales for Ville de Montréal and contributed as a Migration Policy Officer at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) from May 2018 to April 2021, focusing on implementing the Migration Governance Indicators project. Additional experience includes a Capstone project for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police analyzing the impact of marijuana legalization on organized crime and student consultancy roles at the Israel Innovation Authority and IOM. Siloe holds a Master's degree in Global Affairs from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Université de Montréal.
