Stella Fleury is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in private partnerships and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Private Partnerships at Montréal International since May 2017, Stella focuses on fostering relationships within the Montréal business community and the international arena. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager (Advisor) for International Talent at Montréal International, where Stella developed customized HR projects, and Campus Talent & Diversity Solutions at PeopleScout, overseeing campus hiring initiatives for BMO Financial Group. Stella also held positions at Deloitte Canada as Campus Recruitment Specialist and Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in student engagement and recruitment across Quebec. Stella holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Analysis and Development from ENAP and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Modern Languages from Université Laval. Additionally, Stella participated in an exchange program at Royal Holloway, University of London.
