Fady Dagher

Fady Dagher, EMBA, currently holds the position of Directeur at Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal, a role commenced in January 2023. Prior to this, Fady Dagher served as Directeur du Service de police de l'agglomération de Longueuil from February 2017 to January 2023, overseeing approximately 1000 employees and advocating for a cultural reform to better support officers and enhance community service. Fady Dagher's extensive experience at the Montréal City Police Department from 1992 to 2017 included roles such as Assistant-Directeur, responsible for innovation and strategic development, and Commandant, focusing on community partnerships to combat crime. Fady Dagher began the law enforcement career as an Agent de police after graduating from l'École nationale de police du Québec with a diploma in police techniques in 1992.
