Renée Larouche

Renée Larouche is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and public relations. Currently serving as Directrice des communications at Port de Montréal since October 2021, Renée previously held roles such as Director of Communication and Education at Génome Québec and Directrice of Business Partnerships Development and Funding at INS Québec. Renée has a proven track record of enhancing organizational visibility and efficiency, notably managing a $10 million budget at the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation while improving departmental performance. With a strong foundation in community and social performance from a tenure at Rio Tinto, Renée has also cultivated media strategies and managed high-impact relationships. An academic background includes a Master's in Organizational Development from ENAP and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Université du Québec à Montréal.
