Paul Gratton

Paul Gratton is an accomplished academic and leader with extensive experience in higher education and organizational development. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Business and holding various leadership roles at Montreat College since May 2017, including Interim Vice President of Adult and Graduate Studies, Gratton has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing educational programs. Gratton also works as a Leadership Coach at StrongLead, LLC, beginning in April 2023. Previous roles include Executive Director at Central Oregon Youth Development, Director of Marketing and Development at the same organization, and Director of Operations at Weiv LLC. An educational background that includes a Doctor of Business Administration from George Fox University and a Master of Public Administration from Drake University underpins Gratton's professional achievements.
