Lauren Mathews

Lauren Mathews worked at Montreat Conference Center from 2004 to 2015. Lauren held various roles including Marketing Director from November 2015 onwards. Lauren previously served as the Director of Communication and Outreach, where they managed the development of the institution's marketing plan and fostered relationships with donors and supporters. Prior to that, they were the Director for Program Services, responsible for directing program initiatives and managing on-site events. Lauren also recruited, trained, and supervised a team of seasonal staff to support conferences with over 10,000 attendees.

Lauren Mathews attended Presbyterian College from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and history.
