Joel Giandalia

Joel Giandalia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and firearms training industries. As the Owner of Precision Firearms Instruction since April 2021, Joel focuses on delivering high-quality firearms training in a safe and empowering environment. Concurrently serving as a Senior Consultant at Interius Partners since April 2012, Joel assists clients in the hospitality sector with restaurant design, menu development, and staff training. Joel's prior roles include Director of Food & Beverage at Tamarack Casino, General Manager at Sol Cannabis, and Director of Beverage & Food at Renaissance Reno. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include ownership of Events Plus Catering and SoDo Restaurant & Bar. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Missouri State University, earned from 1986 to 1990.
