Jeff Mengenhausen

Jeff Mengenhausen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff began their career in the United States Navy, serving as a U.S. Navy SEAL and Special Operations Chief from 2001 to 2010. After their military service, they worked as the Director of Business Resources & Acquisition at Linxx Global Solutions from 2007 to 2011. Jeff then joined Horizon Health Care, Inc as the Chief Operations Officer from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Director at Monument Health, where they successfully improved financial performance and patient volume. Later that year, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Crook County Hospital within the same organization.

From 2018 to 2021, Jeff served as the Chief Executive Officer of Madelia Health, an award-winning nonprofit facility in Minnesota. During their tenure, the hospital received recognition for its exceptional patient experience. In 2019, they also became the owner of Reef Adventures - Belize Scuba Diving, a PADI Dive Resort that offers vacation planning services in San Pedro, Belize.

Currently, Jeff is the Chief Executive Officer of Montrose Regional Health, a position they have held since September 2021.

Jeff Mengenhausen has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from American InterContinental University, earned in 2009. In the same year, they also completed a LEAN certification in Six Sigma from Villanova University. In 2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Operations from American InterContinental University.
