Leah Walter

Leah Walter has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacy. Leah is currently the Director Of Pharmacy at Montrose Regional Health, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Leah worked at Swedish Medical Center from 2010 to 2022, serving as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager from March 2018 to January 2022, and as the Lead pharmacy supervisor and Critical care specialist from January 2010 to March 2018. Before joining Swedish Medical Center, Leah worked as a Pharmacist at Omnicare, a CVS Health company from August 2009 to January 2010, and at Promedica Flower Hospital from May 2007 to August 2009.
