Melissa Bonuales

Melissa Bonuales has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa is currently working at Montrose Regional Health since July 2023 as the RN Director of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Infection Control. Prior to this, they worked at Grand River Health from September 2018 to August 2023, holding the position of RN Director of Quality, Risk, Medical Staff Services, Utilization Review and Case Management. Before that, they were the Assistant Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Valley View Hospital from October 2008 to September 2018.

Melissa Bonuales holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Elmira College. Melissa also has additional certifications including CPPS from IHI, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), and Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) from American Society for Health Care Risk Management (ASHRM).
