Kym Weller is an experienced ICT Business Manager and Test Analyst with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving at Montrose Therapy & Respite Services since March 2016, Kym has a strong emphasis on User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Previously, at CSG International from January 2010 to October 2015, Kym held the position of Senior Test Analyst, where responsibilities included end-to-end testing and delivery of a billing system for Telstra, preparation of test strategies and plans, defect management, and execution of various testing methodologies. Kym also played a key role in the implementation of a Convergent Billing application upgrade using Agile methodologies, demonstrating expertise in both technical execution and team collaboration.

Montrose Therapy & Respite Services provides supports to children and young adults with physical disabilities, neuromuscular conditions, developmental delay, intellectual disability and autism. We provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Support Coordination and Social Work support, along with Short Stay Accommodation and a Lifestyle & Leisure service. Montrose is a vital presence in the homes, schools and communities of South East Queensland. We are based in Brisbane with Centres across Queensland including Brisbane South, Brisbane North, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Slacks Creek, Ipswich and Toowoomba. We are a values based not-for-profit organisation with any surpluses invested back into providing services for children and families. Montrose is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Montrose is part of The Northcott Society.
