Edward Loneragan

Edward Loneragan has a diverse work experience in the finance and corporate development field. Edward started their career as an Accountant at KPMG Australia in 2000 and later moved to KPMG Corporate Finance, where they served as an Executive and later as a Manager. In 2006, they joined UBS Investment Bank as an Associate Director/Director in the Financial Institutions Group. Edward then worked at Nomura Australia as a Vice President/Executive Director before joining Shaw and Partners Limited as the Director of Corporate Finance in 2013.

Edward also worked as an Independent Corporate Advisor in M&A and Capital markets from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Youfoodz as the Deputy CFO and Head of Investor Relations, and later became the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy. Currently, they are the Vice President of Finance at Montu, a leading healthcare provider with operations in Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Edward Loneragan completed their education at Saint Ignatius' College Riverview from 1991 to 1996. Edward then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting at the University of Sydney from 1997 to 1999. In 2001 and 2002, Edward obtained the Chartered Accountant qualification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
