Ramy Elia is experienced in technical support, practical engineering, and technical intern roles. Ramy has worked with various operating systems, troubleshooted hardware problems, and implemented secure layers to protect systems. Ramy has interned at the Lebanese Meteorological Department and Cablevision. Currently, Ramy serves as a Senior eSIM Technical Engineer at Monty Mobile, where Ramy provides training sessions, leads projects, and is responsible for creating user stories and reporting bugs. Ramy also holds the title of a Senior Business Executive: Messaging, where Ramy is involved in RFP competitions and Agile processes.
