Mason Rathe

Mason Rathe serves as the VP of Finance at MontyCloud since July 2025. Previously, Mason held the position of Chief Financial Officer at SchooLinks from March 2021 to July 2025, successfully guiding the company through its $83M Series B funding round and expanding the team from 15 to 150 employees. Mason's experience includes founding and publishing Texas Deal Highlights Newsletters, which was sold to Texas CEO Magazine, and a senior associate role at LiveOak Venture Partners focusing on early-stage technology investments. Mason has also served as a board observer for multiple companies and completed internships at Tritium Partners and Silverton Partners. Mason holds an MBA in Private Equity and Real Estate Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.
