Amber Costello

Amber Costello is the President and founder of Monument, a certified DBE, SBE, and WBE providing real estate and right-of-way consulting services. Prior to that, Amber worked as an Independent Business and Legal Advisor, General Counsel at Overland, Pacific, & Cutler, Inc., and in various legal positions at Jackson Lewis and Sedgwick LLP. Amber holds a JD from Pepperdine Law and a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Southern California.
