Britt B.

Britt B. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Program Assistant for a U.S. Government Contractor. Britt later took on roles such as Team Lead and Program Manager within the same company. In 2008, they worked as a Project Manager for TransPerfect and then as an Arabic Quality Control for the same company in 2009. From 2012 to 2012, they served as a Coordinator for Grants & Contracts at Relief International. In 2009, they became a Contracts Manager and later a Project Coordinator for a U.S. Government Contractor. Britt then worked as a Team Lead for the same company in 2013 and as an Assistant Director at The Brookings Institution from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Britt B. was the Director of Operations at TasteLab DC. In 2017, they started their role as Director of Operations at Monument Advocacy and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer for the same company. Lastly, in 2021, they joined Chief as a Member, which is a private network for senior women leaders.

Britt B. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Relations from Boston University. Additionally, they have completed a Certificate Program from Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Lastly, Britt has also attended The American University in Cairo, where they studied Arabic at the Arabic Language Institute.
